HOW DO I BECOME AN INFLUENCER?

To get started, go to our affiliate portal and create an account. from there you will be able to create your custom code.

All shapes, sizes, races, and all genders WORLDWIDE are welcome to join. There are no minimum follower requirements.

HOW DO I PROMOTE MY CODE?

You may promote your code in a variety of ways. such as:

  • Putting your discount code in your Instagram/TikTok bio.
  • Instagram: vixen-inspired photoshoots, story post of your collection/code
  • TikTok: unboxings, try-on hauls, showing off your collection, or outfit ideas

HOW MUCH WILL I GET PAID?

Any sales made from your code will result in a 10% commission payout.

WHEN WILL I GET PAID?

We issue payouts monthly. we require a $10 minimum for payouts.

HOW DO I GET PAID?

We issue payouts in the form of a Astro Vixenz E-Gift Card or Paypal Deposit.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification e-mail or by logging in to your account on astrovixenz.com

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Orders are processed within 2-4 Business Days. 

Certain products may have longer processing times. These will be noted on the product and cart pages.

*Please understand that business days do not include weekends or holidays such as New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Domestic Orders: 3-10 business days from dispatch.

International Orders: 7-24 business days from dispatch.

If your order hasn’t been delivered according to the expected timescales, contact us and we will check your order status.

*Please note that some international orders may be delayed due to global shipping and supply chain delays.

AM I ABLE TO CANCEL MY ORDER?

To make sure you receive your items ASAP, we start processing your order as soon as we receive it. This means that once your order has been placed, you will be unable to cancel it.

MY ORDER COULD NOT BE DELIVERED, WHAT NOW?

Your order can be returned to us for one of the following reasons such as:

Invalid/Incomplete Address, Missing unit number, or being unable to Forward. 

Reshipment costs vary from $8 for domestic orders, $18 for international orders, or $24 for Australian orders.

If you would still like to receive your order, we will need a new valid address from you, we then will send you a Shipping Invoice via email.

You will have 48 hours from the email notification to respond or we will automatically issue an E-Gift Card to the email that is associated to your order.

 

MY ORDER SAYS DELIVERED, BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT?

Astro Vixenz does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

 

RETURNS

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

*PLEASE NOTE DUE TO CUSTOMS RESTRICTIONS, WE ARE NOT ABLE TO OFFER INTERNATIONAL RETURNS, UNLESS THE ITEM WAS INCORRECT (SIZE/COLOR/ETC.) OR DAMAGED. IN THIS CASE PLEASE EMAIL US AT ASTROVIXENZ@GMAIL.COM

We accept returns on orders placed in the United States that meets the following criteria:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all original tags and labels attached.
  • The return request must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • The item was not listed as a non-returnable or final sale item at the time of purchase. 

 

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

Head to our return portal at https://astrovixenz.com/apps/ecoreturns within 7 days of receiving your order and provide them with the order number, item(s) to be returned, photo(s) of items and select "GENERAL RETURN" on reason of your return.

We usually process requests within 3 business days, and we will guide you through the return process, provide you with a return authorization number, and the return shipping address.

Please note: Shipping costs on your original order are non-refundable and you are responsible for the costs of shipping the products back to us.

 When returning the item:

  • Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.
  • Include the return authorization number on the package.
  • Ship the item using a trackable shipping method. We recommend obtaining a shipping receipt as proof of shipment.

Our returns department has the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet the original condition, in which case we may require you to pay our reasonable postage costs before we return the item to you.

We will issue your refund within 7 days of receiving your item.

 

I RECEIVED INCORRECT ITEM(S) OR A DEFICIENT PRODUCT, WHAT DO I DO NOW?

We know how frustrating this can be. Rest assured, we want to make every order perfect for our Vixenz. Please follow the applicable steps below:

Head to our return portal at https://astrovixenz.com/apps/ecoreturns within 7 days of receiving your order and provide them with the order number, item(s) to be returned, photo(s) of items and select "WRONG ITEM SHIPPED".

You will need to report your incorrect item(s) received within 7 days of your package delivery date.

Once you’ve submitted your return request, we will contact you with details of your return so that you can send the incorrect item(s) back to us.

We will cover the shipping costs associated with you returning any incorrect items.

From there we will issue a product replacement/refund as soon as we receive your parcel.

Astro Vixenz E-Gift Card/Store Credit: Your code will be sent to your email, enter your code in the "Giftcard/Discount" box.

HOW DOES AFTERPAY/KLARNA/SHOPPAY WORK?

Afterpay/Klarna/ShopPay are installment payment platforms that let you pay for your Astro Vixenz purchase over time in 4 easy installments using a credit or debit card.

Simply shop online and add items to your shopping bag and checkout as normal. At the checkout choose the provider of your choice. First-time customers will need to register and provide payment details. Returning customers simply log in to make their purchase. 

Please note that all items in your shopping bag must be eligible for Installments. A minimum purchase amount may apply and you must meet additional eligibility requirements to qualify.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER ON INSTAGRAM?

There are two ways to complete a purchase:
  • Buy now: If you are ready to buy a single product, tap Buy now on the product page to proceed to checkout and complete your purchase.
  • Add to Cart: If you want to save a product and continue shopping, or save multiple products, you can add them to your Cart and checkout when you're ready.

Steps:

  • Launch the Instagram app on your Phone.
  • In the search bar, type in @AstroVixenz 
  • Press the View Shop icon in our description or scroll through our feed and find the item you wish to purchase.
  • Tap the photo to reveal the item name and price. Select it. In the product description page, you can choose the color and size of the item. 
  • Once you've finished, tap Proceed to Checkout.
  • If you are new to Instagram's shop feature, the app will ask you to enter your contact information, shipping address, and credit card information. 
  • After you've filled in the details, select Place Order to buy. Shipping details will then be sent to you via email. 

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER ON TIKTOK?

 Steps:

  • Launch the TikTok app on your Phone.
  • In the search bar, type in @AstroVixenz
  • Press the BAG icon and you will find our product selection.
  • Tap the photo to reveal the item name and price. Select it. You may then choose the size of the item. 
  • Once you've finished, tap Checkout on Website.
  • You will then be directed to our site, and be able to place order from our website. 
  • After you've filled in the details, select Place Order to buy. Shipping details will then be sent to you via email.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER ON FACEBOOK?

There are two ways to complete a purchase:

Buy now: If you are ready to buy a single product, tap Buy now on the product page to proceed to checkout and complete your purchase.

  • Once you've finished, tap Proceed to Checkout.
  • If you are new to Facebook's shop feature, the app will ask you to enter your contact information, shipping address, and credit card information. 
  • After you've filled in the details, select Place Order to buy. Shipping details will then be sent to you via email.

RESTOCKS

DO YOU RE-STOCK YOUR INVENTORY?

On occasion we will re-stock some of our inventory items. Please make sure to check back frequently if an item you want is not available at the time you are on the site.

HOW CAN I FIND OUT ABOUT RELEASES?

Most of our items do not have set release dates. Please sign up for the Vixen newsletter. From there you will be able to subscribe to receive email/text alerts each time we release a product.

OUR CARBON FOOTPRINT

At Astro Vixenz we neutralize 100% of our shipping emissions. 

We calculate exactly how much carbon is produced per order and we partner with Shopify Planet.

Shopify Planet works with a variety of companies like Grassroots Carbon, which enables farmers to capture carbon in soil.

If you make a purchase using ShopPay, Shopify will offset the shipment of your package via the Brazil Nut Concession Forest Conservation Project, which protects more than 291,566 hectares of tropical forest in Peru and will prevent 14.5 million tons of CO2 emissions. This project is made up of 143 parcels of land operated by 377 Brazil nut farmers.

Both of these projects are Verified Carbon Standard certified projects that will be monitored using machine learning, satellite imaging, and remote monitoring technology. Their price per ton covers the project costs to protect the existing forest, increases the biomass through improved forest management practices, and verifies the project’s progress.
